You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be considered a no-show.  No-shows may not be rescheduled.

Remember, a parent or legal guardian must attend with any claimant under age 18. Legal guardians must bring their court documents proving guardianship.  Children in DSS custody must be accompanied by their social worker.  If you do not follow this policy, your appointment will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled, no exceptions.
