You must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be considered a no-show. No-shows may not be rescheduled.
We do not see late arrivals. Late arrivals are counted as no-shows.
No-show fees apply to all clients. For private pay/insurance clients, no-show fees will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of the missed appointment, as explained in the agreement you sign prior to scheduling. If you have been referred by Disability Determination Services (DDS), all fees are managed through DDS, according to agency policies in place at the time of your appointment.
Remember, a parent or legal guardian must attend with any client under age 18, or with any adult who has been appointed a legal guardian through the courts. For any client with a court-appointed legal guardian, the legal guardian must bring their original court documents proving guardianship. Children in DSS custody must be accompanied by their social worker. If you do not follow this policy, your appointment will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled, no exceptions.
