If you choose to email me, please note that my email provider offers HIPAA compliant security, but your email provider probably does not.  Therefore, please limit your emails to basic information only.  I am not responsible for information your email provider manages.  In order to provide HIPAA-compliant, secure communications after our initial contact, I will set up an account in my Electronic Health Record System, SimplePractice.  This service allows for secure messaging.  Your information is then subject to the SimplePractice privacy policy, available here. 

Financial transactions such as appointment reservation fees and fees for services are conducted in cash or by credit card.  Financial transactions are managed through Stripe via SimplePractice.  Financial transactions are all subject to the Stripe privacy policy, available here.
